SMALL SCALE CHARITY, BIG TELEFUNDRAISING RESULTS

When this niche charity with a limited budget and no telefundraising experience came to us to outsource their telefundraising efforts, we were delighted to boost their regular donors by 85%, and increase their regular giving income by more than 80% in just 12 months.

TRAINING AND COACHING AN IN-HOUSE CHARITY TEAM

A well-established charity in New Zealand had been struggling to raise funds for over a year, with an outdated style of fundraising. After bringing Telefund on board to train and coach their in-house telefundraising team, their results increased dramatically, almost immediately in fact!

The charity raised more than $20,000 in one week twice-over, and their strongest telefundraiser raised more than $100,000 in a six-month period.

Following the Telefund training, the charity also saw a 125% increase in the number of regular supporters.

Kind words from our charity and not for profit clients

  • Jude has helped us successfully implement a tele-fundraising program with promising results. We have continued to use her services over the past two years, especially regarding training and coaching, and test calling our in-house data sources. She has been reliable, flexible and supportive.

    Ellen Voller

    Fundraising Director, UNICEF NZ.
  • Jude helped us with a variety of things, not only script writing, training and coaching our community fundraising team, but also best practice within this sector and regular giving. I can’t speak highly enough with regards to the contribution Jude has made.

    John Hooper

General Manager Marketing and Fundraising, Auckland Rescue Helicopter Trust.
  • We’ve run an in-house tele-marketing programme for many years. After just a few training sessions with Jude, our team is performing better than ever before. Her tailor-made sessions were at just the right level for our team. The training and improved scripts have made all the difference for the result.
