Jude and her team have more than fifteen years’ international experience in the charity tele-fundraising sector across a variety of campaigns. Jude was a telefundraiser at Ethicall and then became Senior Coach. It was time for her to return to New Zealand where she managed a Call Center. She then decided to move out on her own and develop her own team. She has maintained close, honest and transparent relationships with key clients.
Telefundraising can be a menial task, especially when pitching the same content over a length of time. Jude has developed a culture of flexibility and a team that takes pride in their work, with a professional and respectful approach that goes beyond achieving targets. Jude also leads from the front by personally calling with her team. This has resulted in consistent call quality and results.

Where would we be without our telefundraisers? We are really keen for our clients to meet our telefundraisers and see first-hand the good work that they can do. So several times a year our telefundraisers volunteer and help the charities we work, plus a charity of their choice.
Unlike large contact centres, we seek to better understand our client’s specific needs, budget and environment, so we can tailor our services. That means contracts tailored exclusively for your organisation. We focus on being the best, not the biggest.
